KD6X Moto-Mast Project

The Moto-Mast is a telescoping aluminum mast that extends up to 28 feet. It has a remotely managed electric winch to raise and lower a lightweight antenna from the shack. The mast also incorporates a manual tilt-over winch for convenient antenna installation and maintenance. Best of all, the antenna and mast disassemble into four components with about 45 minutes of effort for easy storage in a garage. This makes the mast and antenna neighbor friendly.
